Lucent Technologies Completes Acquisition of Mobilitec, a Leading Provider of Content Delivery and Management Software

November 6, 2006 MURRAY HILL, N.J. – Lucent Technologies (NYSE: LU) today said it had completed its acquisition of Mobilitec, a leading provider of content management software for service providers. On Sept. 12, 2006, Lucent had announced its agreement to acquire Mobilitec in a cash transaction. Financial terms were not disclosed.
